A non-refundable booking deposit of $350 will hold your booking. A security deposit of $350 along with the remaining outstanding balance will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure if no damage or loss has been reported (this will be determined by the management company and cleaning services).
Any booking taken by phone, email or the Internet is done so under our Terms and Conditions and it is the renters responsibility to read and understand them.
