We are very proud of our sons Carl and Richard with this house they have bought and furnished so beautifully. We had a very nice relaxing time for our first time in Florida. The Jacuzzi was the best !

Dear Carl and Richard. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your fantastic house, what a fabulous place you have. We had a brilliant time, the most popular areas being pool and games room. Andrew (13yrs) and Gareth (18yrs) spent most of their time, when not at the Parks, in either the pool or the games room. I enjoyed sitting by the pool in the mornings having my breakfast. After a tiring day walking round the Parks the first thing we would do when we got back would be to jump into the pool to cool off or just dip our feet in, it was such a relaxing environment. We found your house very comfortable and spacious (thank goodness for Air Con), the location ideal, just 20 mins at most from the Parks, Busch Gardens a little further away, about 1 hour and, of course, 24 hour Wal Mart just round the corner.  The I4 and US27 easily accessible and the traffic always moving (unlike International Drive which seemed to be congested most of the time). Besides the Parks we also spent quite a bit of time and money at the Premium Outlets, never seen the boys or Glen so enthusiastic about spending their money! Between shopping and Parks we also managed to squeeze in a game of golf which was conveniently just around the corner. I thoroughly enjoyed my game but it was soooo very, very hot. We all agree that we had one of the best holidays we've had and I would like to think that it won't be too long before we are back again for a second instalment of pure luxury, relaxation and enjoyment!

Hi Richard. Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with our family.  There were thirteen of us; grandparents, children and grandchildren.  The house was so big no one got in anybody else’s way!  The games room was in constant use (we had many pool tournaments) and enjoyed table tennis and the other games.  We spent lots of time around the pool having card games etc. 
The spa with its waterfall, the fountains and night lights added greatly to the ambience. With all the TV's in the home, ipods and play station, we were never bored for one minute!  We also enjoyed walks down to the lake looking for the alligator. The kids swear they saw it one day. 
It was a perfect home for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and we were all sad when the time came to leave. Everything we needed was there and it was just a short 15-20 minutes to Disney and the Parks.  Our hopes are that we will be able to come back to your gorgeous home again sometime soon.

Here are a few pictures that were taken at your amazing vacation home.  Thanks so much for sharing it with us!  It did not feel like a rental....everything is top notch....all the furnishings are luxurious as are the linens.  The kids were excited by the pool and all the pool toys, the DVD players in every room, and the game room is amazing!  What a great way to use that space...and it is not far from the main area so it is not difficult to still supervise the kids.  The amount of space we get for our dollar is really unreal....the house is huge!  Everyone gets their own space to unwind which was so nice at the end of our vacation!  Thanks again for sharing this home and for all the special touches you have put into it!  We will definitely visit again!

Hello Richard, We just arrived home from beautiful, sunny Florida! First of all, I would like to thank you for renting the villa to us for our stay. We truly did enjoy our stay at your house. After riding through the entire development, we do have to admit that you probably have one of the best, if not the best, lot in the development.  We really did enjoy the privacy and the outside of the house looked beautiful and well maintained.  The palms and flowers in back of the spa provide beautiful background scenery. Thank you so much for the use of the villa.  It was as beautiful as it looked on your web page.  The games room was a god send to keep the younger kids busy and happy.  The pool area was enjoyed by the adults as much as the kids.  I don't think there was more then 10 min of when we were there that the kids weren't in the pool.  It was very spacious and even with 13 in our party we often felt like we had our privacy.  It is a vacation that will be in our memories forever and would love to come back sometime.  Thanks again.

Well, as you promised, the villa certainly had the “Wow Factor”, with all our wishes catered for – no mean feat considering our party of 12 included 5 boisterous lads and a toddler. The pool and the games room were well used by all and were the perfect way to relax after spending the day in the Parks. The furniture, décor, entertainment systems (we saw plenty of English football on the huge TV) and the space in general were top notch and the all round feel of the villa is one of luxury. We certainly stumbled on a bargain too as the price was most definitely right. We cannot recommend your home highly enough and it played a big part in us all enjoying a holiday of a lifetime. The location too was ideal, set in a peaceful and quiet estate, yet only 25 minutes from Disney and an hour from Busch Gardens – ideal for anyone coming to do the Parks.To tell the truth, we didn’t want to leave and I think we hide our sadness pretty well in the photo! We all agreed Richard that, if we could afford it, we’d visit your place every year

Everything with the house was wonderful! 
First and foremost I want to thank you for letting us stay in your home; it was beautiful, comfortable and inviting.  We felt right away that we were coming home to our own house every night and I cannot thank you enough for that! 
Unfortunately, we had the coldest week on record for our vacation in Florida however; the only thing that it stopped us from doing was enjoying the outside of the house as much as possible!  Do not get me wrong, we spent time in the pool and sauna even on the coldest nights when it was 32 degrees but we do wish we could have enjoyed the outside more than we did!
That being said, we spent an amazing week in your home, the addition of the Wii console was wonderful and really allowed us to relax and wind down at the end of some very long and busy days!  Your email with directions, codes, etc was perfect and spot on and we never once had a problem with the codes or anything working properly, it was wonderful! 
Thank you again Richard for opening up your home to us and allowing us to have one of the most memorable, relaxing and fun filled vacations of our lives!

Hi Richard, Everything was fine, the house was fantastic, best rental property I have ever stayed in without  doubt. 
Great to have the laundry facilities as well, first time I have come back from holiday with no dirty washing !!!
We took hair dryers but no need as you have supplied everything you could possibly want. The pool is so lovely to sit round in the evening.
My daughter and son - in - law went to the lake to fish and met the local alligator (I gave that one a miss)
