Hello Richard, Your villa must be one of the best if not THE best in Florida when it comes to rental. We were very much at home and lacked for nothing. I was amazed at how perfectly everything was decorated and everything was way above the mark. On a 1 to 10 your place is a 15. The game room was very entertaining and kept the younger part of our group busy when not in the pool, spa or on the go. Your location was as I thought and was just far enough away from attractions to be able to travel but yet close enough so the commute was easy and quick, whether it be the coasts or amusement. Your home location was perfect, for added privacy being a corner lot with only one home next door which happened to be vacant during our stay. Again on behalf of our family we thank you so much for allowing us the privilege to rent and stay at your villa. I would rent from you again without hesitation. You have handled this rental with the finest courtesy, professionalism and response as I have ever experienced. There are many people and businesses which could learn from you. With sincere thanks.

As a large group we found the accommodation spacious and well suited to our needs. We had a great time and you have a lovely home.  I am sorry we were unable to get a picture.  Actually we did get one, however, the camera eventually made it into the pool and all of the photos were ruined. All in all though everyone had a wonderful time and we are considering doing this again next year.

 We all had a marvellous holiday as usual, but your villa was the icing on the cake! It is by far the best we have ever been and is so well equipped.  Absolutely Awesome! The pool area was fantastic. The Games room was a big hit and the  number of toilets excellent (that is important when there are 4 men!). In fact there was nothing that could be improved upon. Dear Carl and Richard. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your fantastic house, what a fabulous place you have. We had a brilliant time, the most popular areas being pool and games room. Andrew (13yrs) and Gareth (18yrs) spent most of their time, when not at the Parks, in either the pool or the games room. I enjoyed sitting by the pool in the mornings having my breakfast. After a tiring day walking round the Parks the first thing we would do when we got back would be to jump into the pool to cool off or just dip our feet in, it was such a relaxing environment. We found your house very comfortable and spacious (thank goodness for Air Con), the location ideal, just 20 mins at most from the Parks, Busch Gardens a little further away, about 1 hour and, of course, 24 hour Wal Mart just round the corner.  The I4 and US27 easily accessible and the traffic always moving (unlike International Drive which seemed to be congested most of the time). Besides the Parks we also spent quite a bit of time and money at the Premium Outlets, never seen the boys or Glen so enthusiastic about spending their money! Between shopping and Parks we also managed to squeeze in a game of golf which was conveniently just around the corner. I thoroughly enjoyed my game but it was soooo very, very hot. We all agree that we had one of the best holidays we've had and I would like to think that it won't be too long before we are back again for a second instalment of pure luxury, relaxation and enjoyment!

Having had such a great time last year, we had to come back. No one wanted to come back north to the snow and cold weather. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home! We will definitely use this home again with your permission in the future. HOPEFULLY THE NOT SO DISTANT FUTURE! As a matter of fact, we came home bragging about the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As far as the upstairs section of the home we did tour it on our first day there and never used the stairs again ha! ha! But on our next visit I'm sure we will be using all of your facilities when we plan to return with our teenagers. My daughter especially liked the pool by the way. We had to swim with her every morning when we awoke and every night before we put her to bed. She thinks in her little mind that that is our home ha! ha! She told me yesterday morning that she prefers our house in Florida over this one! Try to explain that one to a three year old! Hi Richard. Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with our family.  There were thirteen of us; grandparents, children and grandchildren.  The house was so big no one got in anybody else’s way!  The games room was in constant use (we had many pool tournaments) and enjoyed table tennis and the other games.  We spent lots of time around the pool having card games etc. 
The spa with its waterfall, the fountains and night lights added greatly to the ambience. With all the TV's in the home, ipods and play station, we were never bored for one minute!  We also enjoyed walks down to the lake looking for the alligator. The kids swear they saw it one day. 
It was a perfect home for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and we were all sad when the time came to leave. Everything we needed was there and it was just a short 15-20 minutes to Disney and the Parks.  Our hopes are that we will be able to come back to your gorgeous home again sometime soon.

Here are a few pictures that were taken at your amazing vacation home.  Thanks so much for sharing it with us!  It did not feel like a rental....everything is top notch....all the furnishings are luxurious as are the linens.  The kids were excited by the pool and all the pool toys, the DVD players in every room, and the game room is amazing!  What a great way to use that space...and it is not far from the main area so it is not difficult to still supervise the kids.  The amount of space we get for our dollar is really unreal....the house is huge!  Everyone gets their own space to unwind which was so nice at the end of our vacation!  Thanks again for sharing this home and for all the special touches you have put into it!  We will definitely visit again!

Richard, At this moment I was reviewing the pictures from our vacation.  We had a fabulous time!  Worst part about taking a vacation is having to return home  We absolutely loved the house!!!  We will return in a couple of years and bring more family with us, we were so impressed with it that we want to share the experience next time!  We managed to see the infamous alligator at the lake- and have pictures of that as well!  I am so appreciative of the home and the experience it afforded our family- there is nothing like waking in the morning to sit by the pool with your coffee and watching the children swim!  Best way to wake by far!  The house had everything we needed, I cannot discount the convenience of the stroller and the pack and play - having brought my two year old.  The pool inspired my fiancé to build one just like it at home, it is laid out so nice. You have done a wonderful job facilitating the renting of the home and your prompt responses and follow up are extremely professional and the icing on the cake for the experience. Thanks again!

Hello Richard, We just arrived home from beautiful, sunny Florida! First of all, I would like to thank you for renting the villa to us for our stay. We truly did enjoy our stay at your house. After riding through the entire development, we do have to admit that you probably have one of the best, if not the best, lot in the development.  We really did enjoy the privacy and the outside of the house looked beautiful and well maintained.  The palms and flowers in back of the spa provide beautiful background scenery. We enjoyed the game room and the pool and spa and got quite a bit of use out of them for the week. Again, thank you for the use of your home.

 Hello Richard,  I don't know where to begin to tell you how much of a great time we had and how much we are looking forward to coming back next year or the year after. Not one of us wanted to leave and can't stop talking about the most beautiful home we have stayed in. We went to Gatlinburg Tn last year and stayed in a million dollar home and it was a nine bedroom home with three levels and it still did not meet the standards of your home. Carl and Richard, Thank you for letting us spend time at your villa. Your home was very spacious and so close to Disney! We were able to relax by the pool and take our time going to Disney. It was very relaxing to have a home to come and use the spa. My kids loved it! The photo (above) is of them at the pool. The 2 year old learned to swim with floaties here..what an achievement! They didn't want to leave. We probably need to book next years vacation soon, because you are getting very popular!
